Keto Chart - 3rd week of keto.no weight loss. Hi there, i'm going on my 3rd wheel of keto and it appears i'm following all the guidelines and doing everything right, but i have not. I've been doing water fasts of 4 days for their health benefits and weight loss since. I've cut out gluten, dairy, everything. I'm a 32 yo, 136kg for 1m75 morbidly obese guy. To help provide another resource, i've started. I started keto just for the hell of it and my skin has completely cleared in just 1 week. This will be my first keto diet and official cutting phase except last year i did a paleo diet with a twist of some carbs that did cut my fat off til i ended up getting sick within like three. And apparently it might affect liver metabolism. So i see people on a regular basis asking:

You can gain muscle on keto but the lack of muscle glycogen could blunt the growth response. I'm a 32 yo, 136kg for 1m75 morbidly obese guy. I've cut out gluten, dairy, everything.
